In essential beliefs we have unity, in non-essentials we have freedom, but in all our beliefs we show love! (1 Corinthians 13:2)

     About God

God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He is one God eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

About Jesus Christ

Jesus is the Son of God. He is coequal with the Father and the Holy Spirit. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven and will return again someday to earth to reign as King.

About the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is coequal with the Father and Jesus the Christ. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for salvation in Christ. At the moment of salvation the Holy Spirit begins to live in every Christian. He provides the believer with the ability to be transformed in Christ-likeness, to live the Christian life, to understand spiritual truth, and guidance for doing God’s will. Although the Spirit constantly lives within us, being surrendered to the Holy Spirit’s power and direction is a daily choice. In the same way as the earliest believers, we can choose to be filled with the power and blessing of the Holy Spirit that we may do the same works today in Jesus’ Name.

About the Bible

Holy Scripture is God’s Word to us. It was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs about living. Because it is inspired by God, it is truth without any mixture of error.

About People

Every person is made in the image of God, to be like Him in character. He is the supreme object of God’s creation. Although each person has tremendous potential for good, we are all marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God called sin. Sin separates us from God and causes many problems in our life.

About Salvation

Salvation is God’s free gift to us, but we must accept it. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good deeds. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin’s penalty.

About Eternity

People were created to exist forever. We will either exist eternally separated from God by sin or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is hell. To be eternally together with Him is eternal life with a future in heaven.
